When you are trying to login to Microsoft Teams Room on Android with the code displayed on the touch console in your laptop\/pc, the login fails with the error shown in the image below\u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reason:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was stated in Microsoft Learn<\/a> that the admin must enroll Android-based devices utilized by Teams into Microsoft Intune using the Android Device Administrator (DA) approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resolution:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to Microsoft Intune Admin Center and click on Devices > Enrollment > Android.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      2. Click on \u2018Personal and corporate-owned devices with device administrator privileges\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. Check the box that says \u2018Use device administrator to manage devices. By enabling this feature, you grant Microsoft permission to send both user and device information to Google.\u00a0Learn more.<\/a> And click on \u2018OK\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
