How to block websites in Grandstream Gigabit Router GWN7000
If you are in a rush of time and do not want to go through all of the resources for GWN7000, here is a simplified/ concise version of how to block websites in GWN7000.
- Create a Blackhole Policy
This can be done under Website Blocking > Blackhole Policy.
Key in the websites that you want to block. Give it a name and enable it.

2. Create Network Group Blackhole
This can be found under Website Blocking > Blackhole Policy.
Select the Blackhole Policy that you have just created and the interface from which the network traffic is. Insert the port number, and enable it.

3. Create Client Access List
Create Client Access List under Clients > Client Access. Add in the MAC address of the clients that you want to restrict the websites on.

4. Create Client Blackhole Policy
This is the final step. Create a Client Blackhole Policy under Website Blocking. Select the Blackhole Policy, Network Group Blackhole, and Client Access Control lists that you have created. And enable it.

There you go! The router will now restrict these selected clients in Access List 1 to access the websites that you have configured under Blackhole policy through the network interface that you have created under Network Group Blackhole.
